File Sharing

File Sharing is automatically set up when s group is created. See http://ipliance.com/index.php/eng/Intranet/Start-Collaborating for the background steps required to get to this point.

Note that "house" group folder is open for read-write access. The automatically created "workgroup" folder is not accessible without additional configuration.

Sharing in this case is via an afp, apple file protocol sharing connection, afp://mini2._afpovertcp._tcp.local/Groups/house.

Essentially zero config other than naming and populating the group prior to creating the group wiki. The computer is not smart enough to know what you want to name the group, or know who you believe should be in the group, but given those two details, it can handle the rest.

Drag and drop an image from the client desktop into this new "house" folder. Notice that it is accepted.

Also notice that coverflow style full image previews are accessible over this afp network share. Again, this is automatic, built in functionality, no additional configuration required.
